Kapok is a landmark, 10-storey residential tower that further enlivens Grand Cayman's Camana Bay neighborhood. Inspired by the native Kapok tree, the project focuses on health and wellness with a welcoming streetscape and a striking pool deck. MCLV collaborated with the DART Real Estate design team to create a series of vibrant plazas at the ground floor. The 2nd-floor pool terrace is the centerpiece of the building’s public spaces, with a rooftop overlook providing sweeping vistas of the Caribbean Sea. Native plantings throughout add to the authentic spirit of this transformative new building.
