50 WEST 66TH STREET

A new residential high rise tower in the Upper West Side, 50 West 66th St. emerges as a sculpted form, taking cues from New York’s geologic past and the neighborhood character to create a contemporary interpretation. The tower’s base carefully engages the street, welcoming visitors with a series of carved limestone, granite, and bronze entry ways. The 16th floor amenity terrace is a small, lush oasis for residents and their guests to swim, relax, and socialize amidst an elegant setting. The terrace offers stunning views of Central Park and Midtown Manhattan, claiming the tower’s place within the City skyline.
