Located on the West Side of Manhattan, NYC, Riverside Park South is a massive, multi-phase project of sweeping ambition and historic scope. Combining new green space and infrastructure with the renovation of landmark industrial buildings, the park is an extension of Frederick Law Olmsted’s famed Riverside Park, carrying south another thirteen blocks beyond its traditional southern boundary. Winner of numerous awards including NYASLA Design Honor Award 2012 and NYCPDC Award for Design Excellence, the recently completed Phases 5-7 provides the final connections between the upland plazas and waterfront below.
