The Mission Hills residence is a new, single-family home tucked within the historic Mission Hills neighborhood. The site design responds to the client’s minimalist preference with a series of gardens and terraces that order themselves in response to the home. The front garden builds on to the landscape framework set by the City of Mission Hills, while the rear gardens affords bosquets of trees that provide seasonal interest and various spatial qualities suitable for lively family gatherings, tranquil reflection, and everything in between.
