MCLV designed a dynamic residential terrace as part of a multi-family tower in collaboration with KEM Studio. The terrace is imagined as a series of outdoor rooms framed by expansive planting. Residents find secluded moments for outdoor dining, exercise, lounging, and for playing with their canine friends. The design is inspired by the rich history of its context as a textile and bookbinding district, using forms and patterns that allude to both. A simple, refined material palette reflects the taste and quality of the architecture and its setting.
